Primary Responsibilities

Design and lead the team composed of Tech, Marketing and Design talents

Define and oversee the development of the product roadmap & core features

Lead mockups and prototype development
-
Manage an extensive budget to iterate and test, using growth hacking tactics pre-launch

Design and implement testing campaigns on each variable defining the value prop (price point, typology for the supply / demand…)

Work at the intersection of product and marketing teams to locate and execute on opportunities

Define product requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact

Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research, testing and data analysis

Create, maintain and animate a user club of early adopters who will help design and develop the right product
-
Build, mentor and manage a product team including product managers and UX designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture.

Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
Your Skills and Expertise

You are a current MBA student from Harvard, Stanford, Wharton or Insead
-
Looking to grow out of your comfort zone
-
Previous exposure to HR topics is preferable
-
Analytical rigor and “get things done” mindset
-
Serious passion for entrepreneurship and leadership abilities

Time management, strategic planning and business development
-
Strong ability to convince others of the relevance of your analysis and recommendations

Preferably an experience scaling a website and/or web platform to millions of users
-
Experience in Tier 1 consulting firms appreciated
-
“Ninja” like skills with regards to interpersonal communications and relationship management
